Abstract:
Authors present the system of special medical care for radiation victims in the Czech Republic and the most severe case-reports of patients of acute radiation dermatitis after external irradiation by Cobalt-60 or Iridium-192, and of patients internally contaminated by Americium-241 and Iodine-131 treated at the Prague Health Center for radiation victims.
